The program aims to develop skills for transforming railway stations into “modern, profitable and intelligent multimodal hubs”.

Daily Programme Outline
- Day 1 (Tuesday, 19 May 2026): Stations & Territories + Intermodality. Focuses on territorial planning, high-performance intermodality, micromobility, and last-mile solutions.
- Day 2 (Wednesday, 20 May 2026): Non-Fare Revenue: Retail, Station Plazas & Parking (EFIA model). Focuses on retail, station plazas, car parks, and the EFIA model.
- Day 3 (Thursday, 21 May 2026): SERM (Rail Supply Shock) + AI & Smart Stations (Monaco Case Study). Focuses on the SERM, building a supply shock for KTMB, and AI for station and smart city management.
