Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem(EKSA)

Introduction

The Public Sector Condusive Ecosystem (EKSA) was introduced as an enhancement to the 5S Practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) previously implemented at Metro System Academy. The implementation of EKSA, replacing the 5S Practices, aligns with the efforts of the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) to establish a unique institutional identity.

EKSA takes into account the need to create a more systematic, comfortable, and conducive workplace environment. This improvement is also in line with current changes and demands to enhance performance and competitiveness, while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

The core components of EKSA implementation remain based on the enhanced principles of the 5S Practices, with the addition of several new elements to support the creation of a more organized, comfortable, and conducive work environment at Metro System Academy.
